Current Open Positions:

Lead teacher in our Pre-K classroom, Reflection Grove (ages 4-6). This position is 40 hours per week scheduled Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on educational goals and individual interests of the children
● Create a stimulating and engaging learning environment that encourages curiosity and explorationClassroom Management:
● Establish and maintain an inclusive and positive classroom environment
● Implement effective behavior management techniques to promote a respectful and cooperative atmosphereIndividualized Instruction:
● Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of individual children
● Provide support and opportunity to ensure each child's optimal developmentAssessment and Progress Monitoring:
● Conduct ongoing assessments of children's developmental levels and progress
● Communicate with parents and Admin about achievements, challenges, and developmental milestones of the childrenHealth and Safety:
● Ensure a safe and healthy environment by adhering to DHS safety regulations and promoting good hygiene practices
● Respond promptly to medical emergencies and communicate with parents about health-related concernsRecord Keeping:
● Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and any incidents
● Complete required documentation and reports in a timely and organized mannerCultural Sensitivity:
● Promote an inclusive and culturally sensitive classroom environment that respects and celebrates diversity
● Integrate cultural awareness into lesson plans and activitiesQualifications/Requirements:
● The position hours: 7:00 - 4:00 M-F
● Must be Teacher Qualified per NECPA and DHS
● Must have excellent attendance record
● Commitment to Reggio Emilia curriculum and early childhood education

This is a position in our infant classroom, working with children up to 1 year old. This would ideally be a full-time position working 35-40 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities
● Working in a collaborative environment to create a structured and safe learning community
● Developing weekly lesson plans based on emergent curriculum and inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach
● Positively communicating with families and co-workers
● Facilitating meaningful interactions and lasting relationships with children
● Utilizing observation skills to document children’s learning and developmental progressQualifications and Expectations
● High School Diploma or GED (required)
● Experience in licensed, accreditede arly childhood settingsPost-secondary degree in EarlyChildhood Education or related field (preferred)
● Working knowledge of early childhood development, diverse communities, and emergent curriculum
● Love and passion for working with children
● Excellent attendance and punctuality
● Commitment to long-term employment
